--- THE PROCESS

From measurement to installation, in six stages.

These aren't features. They're the direct result of controlling the entire process ourselves.

STEP 01

Design

Our designer measures your space on-site and builds the full cabinet layout in CAD. Every dimension is reviewed and adjusted with you before a single panel is cut.

STEP 02

Selection

Wood species, finish, color, and hardware are confirmed against the approved design before production begins.

STEP 03

Cutting

Panels are cut on our CNC router to precise dimensions, following the exact layout from the approved design file

STEP 04

Assembly

Cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors are assembled by hand. Every joint and fitting is checked for square before moving forward

STEP 05

Finishing

Each piece is finished in a controlled environment for a consistent, even surface across every cabinet.

STEP 06

Install

Finished cabinets are delivered and installed on-site, with final adjustments made by the same team that built them.

A decade of experience in the design industry, combining international expertise with a strong understanding of the South Florida market. His background includes working with his lead design firm in Brazil and delivering innovative solutions across a wide range of projects.

Marcelle Viana

5 years of experience collaborating with builders throughout Rio de Janeiro and South Florida. Her hands-on industry knowledge and attention to detail help ensure every project is both practical and thoughtfully designed.

Applies matching edge banding to every cut panel for a seamless, finished edge with no visible raw material.

Breaks down full-size sheet material into project-specific panels before they move to the CNC stage.
